Building What Must Endure

A growing ecosystem of organizations, projects, and leaders building toward a more regenerative and reparative future.

BIMA's portfolio brings together mission-driven organizations and initiatives working across culture, health, education, economic development, leadership, and community transformation.

We support this ecosystem through relationships, strategic stewardship, learning, and connections that help good work become stronger, more sustainable, and capable of enduring across generations.

A Portfolio Built for Long-Term Impact

BIMA believes lasting change does not happen in isolation.

The organizations and initiatives within our ecosystem are working on different challenges, in different places, and through different approaches. What connects them is a commitment to building healthier communities, strengthening leadership, restoring relationships, and creating systems designed for the long term.

Our role is to help create the conditions where these efforts can connect, learn, grow, and endure.
